Traditional cards can be made out of anything from recycled paper (the good stuff) or have sparkles and cellophane (the pretty but not-so-good stuff). When they’re made from the latter, they can’t be recycled—with The Tokki, you don’t need to worry about harming the planet. Tokki designed their bow-cards to be reused again and again, reducing waste and maximizing joy!


Made with recycled plastic, the eco-friendly bow-card can be clipped to any present for simple and personal presentation. “So many retailers have pretty packaging and shopping bags, yet each year more than two million pounds of gift wrap continues to enter the landfill,” notes Tokki Founder Jane Park. “Considering recent reports show that even reusable cotton totes are not as eco-friendly as once thought, the next evolution in green gifting is what we call ‘gifting naked,’ meaning the bow-card serves as both the card and wrap.”


The word Tokki means bunny in Korean. The new bow-cards are the company’s namesake item, a reusable digital card created to “hop” from person to person, spreading joy along the way.
